MyFinanceLogic Service Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the MyFinanceLogic Basic Membership (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Service Agreement (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The MyFinanceLogic Basic Membership provides access to basic financial calculators, limited educational resources, and a community forum (the "MFL Basic Community") for personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service in a respectful and lawful manner. You are solely responsible for your interactions within the MFL Basic Community and agree not to:

• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
• Engage in any form of spamming or unauthorized advertising.

Violation of these conduct rules may result in the termination of your access to the Service without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided within the MyFinanceLogic Basic Membership, including text, graphics, calculators, and other materials, is owned by MyFinanceLogic or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the content without prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. MyFinanceLogic does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyFinanceLogic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your access to or use of the Service.

7. Termination

MyFinanceLogic reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and without notice.
